CHA Newsletter for November 18, 2005

Welcome to the latest version of the online newsletter.

Happy Thanksgiving Everyone!

What Happened to Lady Liberty?

From Darren Cosette:

I really feel terrible that we couldn't get the Liberty Cup off the ground yet.  We had trouble generating interest about the tournament and only had two other teams submit applications.

I am excited about our Girl's Program and think it is a fantastic addition to the town as well as the Association.  I do hope the girls will keep the faith and we will push this tourney hard in the Spring.

Thank you.

     Calendar Raffle Upcoming

Pam Anastasi has posted information about the upcoming Calendar Raffle (my favorite fundraising event).  Get all the info here.  Team reps should have tickets for you this week.  I will be posting daily winners in December right here.  You can get to that link by coming to the site and clicking Fundraising>>>Calendar Raffle>>Raffle Results.  Once the drawings have started, I'll place a link on the home page to get there.

After Middlesex releases the next round of their game schedules, we should be able to post a good deal of practice ice.

Tournament wrap-ups

If your team participates in a tournament, and you'd like to send a recap for an upcoming newsletter to let everyone know where they competed, how much fun they had, and how they did, please submit your Tourney Recap to .  It is helpful for all teams to be aware of what kind of experience the teams have at these events so we can send teams to the best ones in future years.
