Youth Hockey Scholarships via KDK

The KDK Memorial Foundation, formerly known as the Kurt Kelly Hockey Memorial Fund. This fund was created to honor the life of Kurt D. Kelly, who was tragically killed in an automobile accident on September 21, 2012. This fund began as a way to help offset the cost of youth hockey. We had no idea we would receive such an outpouring of generosity and support in memory of our favorite guy. In the spirit of Kurt, his love of life and kindness we are thrilled to share that we will have expanded our scope to include supporting individual and community needs.

Our roots will stick with the support of youth hockey and other athletic needs in our community but we have realized we can do so much more. Thank you again for all of your support to the foundation and our family.

KDK Memorial Foundation Mission

The KDK Memorial Foundation’s mission is to honor Kurt Kelly’s memory and his desire to help others by raising funds to support local families and organizations, as well as the larger community.
