Squirt - Bantam
These travel programs are made up of coed teams that play games at local area rinks, including our home rink, the Chelmsford Forum. Team tryouts are held in the Spring for the upcoming season and rosters are announced shortly thereafter (early April). The number of rostered teams is dependent upon the number of registered players.
Age groups for each level are as follows:
Squirt - Birth years 2014, 2015
PeeWee - Birth years 2012, 2013
Bantam - Birth years 2010, 2011
Ages
This program is designed for players age 9 through 14.
When
Practices begin in late August and the season runs through March/April of the following year.
Where
Practices and home games are held at the Chelmsford Forum (2 Brick Kiln Rd., North Billerica).
Games are held at various rinks throughout the region as scheduled by the Valley Hockey League (VHL).
Practices
- Two shared-ice practices per week.
- Practice schedules subject to change based on ice availability.
Games
Travel Teams will be entered into the Valley Hockey League for game play.
Teams will play in approximately 35 games between September and March, with a league playoff in mid-March. Most of the games are on weekends and are hosted at various local rinks, including the Chelmsford Forum. Games consist of three 12-minute periods, with 1 or 2 certified referees.
Jerseys
Uniforms: Jersey order information will be provided prior to the start of the season.
Extra Costs
Any tournament fees over and above the amount granted per team are typically divided by the players. Travel costs are the responsibility of the participants.

Payments
This season we are offering one payment plan. The payment plan will be spread out equally for 5 months. Everyone registering must choose this payment plan. No offline payments are allowed this season.
